Images not sending with Outlook 2013/2016

There is a known issue with Outlook 2013/2016, whereby the Images embeded or attached to the body of an email will not be sent out and will appear as a square box with a question mark on your client's computer.

In order to resolve this issue, we have prepared an easy-to-use tool that will update your Outlook 2013 settings to send these images out by default.

Before downloading this file, you will need to close ALL Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc).

Kindly click the 'Download Here' button to have the file downloaded to your computer.

Once this has been downloaded, simply run the file and click "Yes" to the Prompt and then "Ok" to close the second dialogue box.

You will now need to reboot your computer and the issue will have been resolved.
